Project Introduction

● During the operation of filter press, it’s easy for material residue to remain on the filter fabric, which reduces filtering effectiveness and becomes unable to reduce the material’s moisture level. 

● Manual cleaning costs time and labor force, and disposal causes waste and low utilization rate.

● The filter fabric cleaning machine uses a high-pressure pump to increase the water pressure to 10MPa. It cleans the entire surface of the fabric through a movable nozzle with high efficiency.
