As a family business founded in 1992, Petrel is one of the local pioneers in the field of high-pressure pump production. With decades of experience in this field, Petrel has not only accumulated its high-quality production capability, but also rich know-how and ability of flexible tailor-made solution design.

  Market share Wuxi Petrel High Pressure Pump Valve Factory was founded in 1992.
  Petrel has started to work with multiple foreign clients since 1998.
  Petrel’s foreign trade amount reached $17 Million in 2012.
  Starting from 2014, Petrel started to import various machining and inspection equipment, heavily enhancing petrel’s own processing capability.
  In 2020, Petrel started business with Germen client NETZSCH, and designed a brand-new product type 3ZH130.70 based on its needs. This product received European ATEX certificate with solid testing data proof.
  In 2021, Petrel started business with Germen client Trutzschler in industry of spunlace non-woven fabric production. In 2022, Petrel’s products successfully supported Trutzschler’s 4 production lines. In 2023, Trutzschler listed Petrel as one of its high-quality global suppliers.

  Production ManagementPetrel’s foreign trade share takes around 50%. To meet standards and requirement of different foreign clients, Petrel continuously improve its production management.
  Petrel improves product management system by ensuring the trackability of raw material sourcing, heat treatment process, and machining accuracy. The codes on key parts allow Petrel to track the records of material suppliers, heat treatment, inspection of fine machining, etc.

  Investment in Equipment and Hardware FacilitiesSince 2014, Petrel has spent over $1.5 million to sustain products’ high quality, Petrel heavily invests its calibration lab by importing various inspection equipment for its quality control capability, such as German SPECTRO spectrometers for all key materials inspection, Brinell hardness gauges, cupping machine, Hexagon Global Silver Advantage 15.30.10 coordinate measuring machine, etc.
